About the Author

Shri Somasekhara Panicker is a former Diplomat. Born in Othera, Kerala and educated in Kerala and Delhi, Shri Panicker served in the Ministry of External Affairs for close to 35 years and was posted in Indian Missions in Dhaka, Geneva, Sana’a, Singapore, Bangkok, Tashkent and Paris. Shri Panicker is a student of History, Political science, Economics and International Relations.

Shri Panicker is widely travelled within India and abroad, having visited more than 30 countries. Shri Panicker is a very keen observer of Indian politics.

Having visited and lived in many developed countries, Shri Panicker is svery passionate to see that India leapfrogs to become a Developed Nation. Shri Panicker is fascinated with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision to make India a Developed Nation by 2047.
